The building opened in 2000 and was good enough. In 2017 the owners rebuilt it entirely — new reception, new rooms, new pool, new everything — because the location deserved better than what was there. The result is 36 apartments calibrated to the view they're sitting in front of. The infinity pool is at the edge of the sand. First Point is a ten-minute walk north. Tingirana is booked far enough in advance that the question of whether to stay here almost never comes up — the question is whether you can get a room.
